By accessing or using VoiceCloser, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

VoiceCloser provides an AI-powered text-to-speech service that allows users to convert written text into audio messages using their cloned voice. The service is delivered through a Chrome browser extension that integrates with Instagram's messaging platform.

3. Account Registration

To use VoiceCloser, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Voice Cloning Consent

By uploading voice samples to VoiceCloser, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and clone the voice provided. You may only clone your own voice or voices for which you have explicit written consent from the voice owner. Using VoiceCloser to clone voices without proper authorization is strictly prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VoiceCloser to:

• Impersonate others without consent
• Create fraudulent or misleading content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Distribute spam or unsolicited messages
• Interfere with the service's operation

6. Credits and Billing

VoiceCloser operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you send audio messages. Previewing audio does not consume credits. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise specified in your plan. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

VoiceCloser and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VoiceCloser and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our service.

8. Limitation of Liability

VoiceCloser is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
